Anyone that fucked up at school deserves to be shot before they contaminate the gene pool by reproducing. The shit thing is it is always drop outs that start breeding first. It should be banned. You should have a certain level of education to be able to reproduce.

Education has very little to do with common sense.
I think common sense would be more important when raising children than knowing reading, writing, and arithmetic don't you?
