Would you prefer to be lied to as did Fethard for example? They were telling that money would be available "at Monday or in worst case at Wednesday" for 2 months or so. Two years passed and I never got my 4K from there. So much for the promises.

In a way I more respect the current position of Epassporte, though indeed I would also like to hear some heart warming assurances now. But better they do more than they promise than promise more than they can do.
