Sly_RJ, actually the laws are still screwed up. If you want a legal abortion, both parties have to agree. If a female wants to have the child and names ?you? as the father on the birth certificate and blood tests show you are the biological father, even if you are not ready, you are responsible for the next 18 years for that child.
Most women I know that had children with ?the sperm donor? never asked for anything and love their children. When I was young, getting pregnant was a way to get married to a boyfriend or messing up and having an abortion. Guess it hasn?t changed much.
