This looks like a scene with ancient gladiators fighting at the Colosseum. The police hit the man after he is down on the ground. By the way, talks are happening right now to do a restoration of the Colosseum building, because they want the whole building to stand again (not just a partly ruined building).
I think there should be less violence. These are not zealots from Star Craft. This is soccer.
