Stealing (user submited content) is good 'stealing'.
Letting peole pay by a lawsuit for content is bad?
Both do it for the money. Some don't care they harm producers, other choose to get the money from the downloaders.
And it seems both ways are legal.
YouTube settled a lot of lawsuits when Google took over.
