I guess they should not draw Hitler moustaches for two reasons. A Hitler moustache is very rare and anyone who draws it could be considered on the side of Hitler. Another reason is that Hitler lost World War 2. USA was on the side of the allies against Nazi Germany, Nazi Italy, etc.
