damn that is no man's land. My ex went to school at panhandle state supposed to play football but was the only scrawny white dude among a sea of huge black dudes so he didn't stay long. And I used to drive through panhandle on my way to southwestern kansas to visit relatives. Slept most of the time if I was the passenger. lol
