Actually, all this violence is nothing really new in jungle-Afrika ... it was going on for millenia, interrupted only relatively recently thanks to Western Civilization and some no-nonsense English (w/ many Scotsmen, Irishmen, Cornish and Welshmen), German, Belgian, French, Portuguese, Boer and Italian troops ... and of course the resourceful Spanish Foreign Legion..... but with the withdrawals of these soldiers ... the jungle returns full force.
