I can eat whatever I choose and not gain a bit. I still weigh what I did when I graduated High School and have only gained an inch around the waste.
That said, I choose NOT to eat that garbage. All meats and veggies we eat at home are all organic only. Anything we can get organic, we do. I also try to cut out a lot of dairy now, though I love a big tall glass of milk with a couple of cookies late at night.
