You are not the only one. I had to do the same thing and had my rep changed to Don Lyons. I've had no MAJOR issues since then.
Their system is charging me for services on old domains I let expire. Apparently I need to manually deactivate ALL services when I intend to let a domain expire because their system is not capable of knowing I no longer own the domains. WTF kind of B.S. is that?
If I cancel a credit card I do not expect to continue paying for any added services that the card once had. Unlike banks, Moniker has no Federal regulations that keep them honest. It's my opinion that they intentionally continue billing for these services as another way to generate revenues knowing that most people will either not catch it right away or even at all. Kinda like a number of adult companies we all know.
