Sorry about that, then. I understand now that English is not your first language, and I had a bit of trouble understanding your original meaning. I think I understand now, though; You have had problems with financial institutions that are based in foreign countries.
My take? If you're rich enough to be spreading your funds amongst a variety of financial institutions in a number of countries, you should be rich enough to either hire someone to manage that relationship - or rich enough to write it off and walk away when things go south.
