Creating a plan and basically auto suing at the first sign of 'frozen funds' or any excuse is the best plan going forward. Its always a lie, as soon as someone says that your Fucked from day one.
Can you name one company that had 'frozen funds' then paid people the money they owned them? I can name many that said the same thing just in the past few years and No one ever got a dime.
This company will never pay because there reputation is ruined now, even if they could. No one will ever trust them or work with them again, so keeping the funds is the only money they will have for the future now
