i should also note, where i live now, you don't see any real signs of recession. In Ottawa, housing prices are always up, I don't know of anyone who can't find work and all seems well. Its a 180 from my hometown area (chatham-kent) where some of my relatives have been unable to find work for years now, all factories have left for mexico/china and houses can be bought for 50k.
