I didn't sign up late 2000 after all, but on Feb 17, 2001. Dec 2000 was when I signed up for eBay, and up until Feb 2001 I was buying stuff on eBay using a payment system that would charge $5 for every payment I made, I think it was called BidPay. Aparently, it was on Feb 17, 2001 that I got tired of their fee and signed up for PayPal.
