Basil Marceaux wants to allow everyone in the state to have a gun. "If you don't have a fun, maybe I'll even fine you $10," he says. Everyone having a gun does create more equality. What I mean is that even an 80-year old feeble woman can kill someone with a gun. I don't know if all people should have guns. It's a difficult question.
