So the money is not only "in motion" but at the mercy of whoever it is your company has problems with? That's quite contradictory to the previous statement saying "Your money is safe". Would you care to elaborate on that a bit more?
Did it ever occur to you that even if this gets resolved, the "silence" has killed off your user's trust and your company will go belly up regardless of the outcome because of this?
Silence is only an option when there is something to hide. If it's all on the up and up the short answer to your question is NO! so speak up if you can.

This is not about running with the cash, this is about updating your clients on the current situation, which has nothing to do with ACH and/or wires. Don't try to be clever and change the subject. The questions you were asked were straight and deserve straight answers.

Then you are not doing your job period. A rep ignoring valid questions from the users is either not suited for the job, or the company who instructed the rep is shady at best, and again makes me repeat what I stated when Epass was launched. Not to be trusted won't touch it with a 10ft stick! I didn't and look who's smiling now?
This being said which of the two is it? Are you a lousy rep or are you a decent rep working for a shady company?
