You're probably better off contacting authorities. Not sure who handles this, but District Attorneys are a good start. Truth is that they have a lot of money of peoples and no answers. Annoying them with e-mails and phone calls won't do squat. Make it so these guys can't step foot in the country without being met by some Marshals.
