So what does epass do? They've been thrown in the mud and their business all but destroyed. Pass the buck and throw the bank under the bus. If legally the bank is responsible then Epass may have just played their last possible card in staying in business.

That's 100% guess based on nothing but my own imagination.
Then why did the blame Visa and not the bank in the first place and not the bank?
