Nobody really knows what Olson knew or knows. And I'm sure he doesn't need a bunch of white knights riding to his rescue.
He knew something, that's all we know for certain- when he knew it, I dunno.
As for being responsible, that's ridiculous because as far as I know he has no control over the company. I might be wrong. I don't know.
I think the OP's real question, what he's trying to get at is whether or not Olson is profiting from the companies dissolution and what information he had before the VV program was frozen.
