This one is posted several minutes ago from one of forums where the discussing about this situation from the beginning..
"Ok i called the bank , they said the technicians are working on restoring the system so we can access our funds . It should be before or on the 30th of Sept that we can access them. They said keep checking the website h t t p s : / / w w w . s k n a n b . c o m
They will post information on what is gonna be needed and how to access the funds, what IDs, etc.
So it looks like by the 30th we will be able to access the funds through St. Kitts."
