Basically I got a lot of the same from her but she did say when I threatened with a lawyer "oh, no no there will be no need for that" we are just working on how we can verify card holders and issue back their money or make their money accessible.

She did say there will be a statement posted on their site she was not sure when. They have been in meetings today. And we all should know something by Sept. 30th - I did not hear anything as far as Oct. 30th.
