3 year old site, averaging $88 per month in revenue for doing next to nothing. The site is run on Wordpress and I publish 5 galleries a week which takes approximately 15 minutes a day.

Currently all of the revenue is generate from the pop under and a Cougar dating affiliate program. Site does around 20k visits and 100k pv a month and is run on a shared server.

The site ranks well for many Cougar related keywords and 40% of the traffic is organic or direct type ins. Minimal effort has been put into establishing trades or link building.

I've also experimented with buying some traffic and I'll be more than happy to share the results and sources with the new owner. It was basically a break even campaign but should be profitable by not using the source that was not converting.

The only reason I'm selling is because I'm looking to develop a new site and I want to cut down my out of pocket costs.

Sale will go through Escrow.com and I'll split fees with the buyer. I can send you the files or you can install Wordpress and I can upload everything for you.

I prefer that you email me your bids, and I'm looking to wrap this up within two weeks. My Gmail account is the same as my username.
