Ahhh, I love when people try to prove something and are dead wrong already from the beginning.

I think not. The whole customer service section is surely staffed with more than one man. And they answer the phones around the clock.
2. One email address?
I think not. You have had both Michael's and the normal
[email protected]. That's two as far as I'm able to calculate, 100% more than you claim.

How effective do you honestly think one person is if he or she doesn't get any sleep? If this was a one or two day emergency, sure, one could expect some extra hours and availability to be offered. But over a three week period, not a chance in the world any one could go that long without proper sleep.
Michael is a 100% standup guy, has done what he can and went over and above the call of duty during this time. Let it be known, that no shadow shall ever fall on him for this.
If you are losing sleep over this, you probably didin't do a proper risk assessment and if you didn't well, now you pay the price. And if you did, you knew that there was a certain risk and decided to take the chance. Things can and will go wrong from time to time. It will affect people, causing them to lose money, homes, jobs, cars, family and so on.
It's called life - you better get used to it!
