That said, I can't say I thought of the rugs as a pissing rug (among other things) until seeing this HGTV show. The designers going off about them had me laughing out loud with some of their comments.

All I know is those things are why some peoples bathrooms smell. Especially if they are a drinker, drunk people suck at peeing.
