I am a conservative at heart but still can't believe you guys are unable to walk into a hospital and get something seen to without cost. Talk about a 3rd world country!
I have comprehensive heath insurance here to cover elective surgery but on the 3 occasions I have had to make a dash to the hospital i was seen within 15 mins and got top notch care without any cost. Any country without that is not a country I would want to live in. Health of the population is not only a social priority, but also makes sense ... the health of the population increases productivity.
