Hello Marko,
I am so sorry for this. The bank, without our prior knowledge, turned off our ability to even look at your visa account balances. We have no access to the funds and they are holding your visa account balance. The bank is the one that issued the card to you and unfortunately has left us powerless. I do not enjoy like telling my clients to call St. Kitts for their money as you are right, you signed up for an ePassporte account and are our client but unfortunately we have no control over what the bank does with your money in your Visa Account.
We are attempting to get information from the bank as to why this happened and what their plan is but we have yet to get a straight answer. We were under the assumption that our visa functionality would be turned on and that is clearly not the case.
I kindly ask that you call the bank, and let me know what they say. I will try to help you as much as I can and ePassporte is continually trying to get answers from the bank as we want all of our customers to get their funds back.
