$140 MB to Paypal?

I am in the process of getting my Canadian bank account verified to receive Moneybookers payments, but its still a few days off, and then a transfer will take another 5-10 business days.
With the epassporte issues at hand, i find that I cannot wait for this to happen.
I would like to exchange $140 of moneybookers funds for USD sent to my paypal.
Ideally I would like to deal with somebody I know here on the board, or at very least, somebody whose reputation stands up ahead of them.
Please tell me how much you will send me to my Paypal for $140 from Moneybookers.
