I am the owner of a very successful and quickly developing stock photo bank
www.dirtyplace.com. Due to my own reasons, I recently made the decision of selling it. The offer has been sent to the largest photo banks. 1) The photo bank sells photos, illustrations, 3D images, vector images and video. We recently started to sell web templates too. The images are from the following categories: adult, pharmacology and gambling.

We accept credit cards, wire transfers and a few kinds of electronic currencies. The photo bank is operated under the laws of the Czech Republic.
5) There are currently 373 users, and 271 people are subscribed to the newsletter. There are also 38 customers and 55 contributors.
6) While the photo bank was launched quite recently, the sales have exceeded 4,000 Euros already.
7) Traffic: on the average, there are 160 unique visitors and about 2,000 hits (page viewings) per day.
8) The website is in top-3 by the following search terms: stock photography (1st), adult stock (2nd) and adult photo (3rd). It's also in top-10 by a number of other competitive search terms.
9) The photo bank is powered by a self-written engine (we used PHP+MySQL and Sphinx as a search engine). The exclusive rights for the software belong to my company and are for sale. The code will be revealed upon purchase and you can modify the engine as you like. The code is very well-written, so any PHP-programmer will be able to get down to work right away and feel comfortable.
10) The photo bank is available in three languages (content, as well as member's zone interface and the search) ? English, Russian and Czech. Other languages can also be added if required.
11) After the sale, I can guarantee technical support for this version of the photo bank during three months (by the same programmers working on the engine right now). We can also build up the site's functionality further at a reasonable price. Other forms of cooperation are possible as well.
