I love santa cruz and I like being near the center of town I am willing to pay 2 mil for a house that is bigger than the one I have and with a bigger lot the problem is there are only like 10 properties in the whole fucking town that meet that criteria, and none of em are for sael . Its frustrating !
So I think I will buy 4 houses and just hang out in one each day with different qualities. I want for my ideal
1 acre or more ocean view close to town safe and secure for my kid and it has to not look like a fucking box. I like victorians or craftsman style.
pretty much does not exist !
this was a vacation beach town so all the lots are like 4000 to 10000 sqft at the most.
