I see it only on my own posts - a justice balance icon or something with mouseover "Add to Borked's reputation"
Onclick it pops up "The page at

Hey, you guys finally getting round to implementing my suggestion
In any case, add to my reputation, whether you want to or not - that is if you see my scales!
And beware anyone that takes my reputation away from me
