There is no fee to request the card or have the card shipped (unless you choose Express shipping). Once you choose to use the card there is a $44.95 Mastercard annual fee. This isn't a 'giftcard' it has your name on it and is a fully functional Mastercard and can be used anywhere that Mastercard is accepted.
