I find it strange nobody said "CONSPIRACY THEORY" yet.
But when people think 911, Global Stock Markets manipulation, Global Warming, Gold/Silver control, the FED, CFR, Goldman Sachs, Commission Trilateral, Narco War, etc... they are called nut cases.
I would not trust anything linked to the CIA.
Anyway, Payonner's fees are way too expensive.
