My girl got an infection last year as a result of surgery and that cyst they popped there looks like a tiny little zit compared to the giant pustule and resulting gapping hole from the infection rotting away her skin and fat tissue.
Had she been a skinny little fuck, like myself, she'd have probably died.
It exploded much like that one did and smelled like someone had died.
