P.S. I wasnt able to find qualified lawyers on this issue by myself, otherwise i would help out with that as well , i do however have emails, phone logs that can be used if needed . actually i will post something right here :Got this on sept 13th !
Thank you for your e-mail. I apologize for this situation. We are working with our Bank and with Visa to release funds to our cardholders who have funds on the Virtual and Electron Cards. Thank you for your continued patience.
Your funds are currently safe with our Bank. We are negotiating with Visa to re-establish our cards so that our customers can withdraw funds. Those negotiations are still ongoing. We are also working on alternate solutions with the Bank so that your funds will be release to you by other means.
I understand your concern. Your account information is already accessible by our Bank because of our legal and contractual obligations to them as our Issuing Bank. You do not need to retain a lawyer to release the information. The Bank is very concerned about our customers receiving their funds, and by banking regulations and laws they MUST release the funds that belong to you. As to when this will occur, I do not know yet. ePassporte will strive to make communications regarding this situation clear to its account holders. Please keep checking your ePassporte Message Center for updates. We will let you know more information as soon as we know more.
