I think you don't talk to enough people outside of the biz, because your ideas of how we're viewed is flawed.

Fact: Porn is known for scams, virus problems, theft and more... people that know I've worked in the biz, get a virus and ASSUME INSTANTLY it's from my fucking email, simply because I work in the biz... we've got that bad of a reputation.

If you all wanted to make money, protect your fucking product. I can log into 90% of the "members areas" on this board, and guess what... There's fucking next to nothing in there, and what is in there isn't protected, and is right there waiting to download and steal, and you guys expect them to pay $40 a month??

Remember "Fully Downloadable movies you can download and KEEP!! " remember that whole trend and marketing strategy? well here it is to bite you all in the ass, PROTECT your fucking media, instead of handing it out on a platter and crying when they upload it somewhere else.

TGP2 was the best thing to happen to adult in along time, and yet you all dropped the fucking ball, and went TOTALLY in the other direction.
Conversions on TGP2 were easily twice what a TGP gallery was, but hey, why don't we make a site FULL of porn videos and see how much we can sell then!! that sounds like an idea!!

I mean come on man, you've been in the biz long enough to know the biz has fucked millions of people and now you all cry when they would rather get their video free?

I've never paid for porn because I've worked in the biz, however if I had to I would likely NEVER pay for it simply based on what I've seen in the members areas of most of the top sponsors here, and in adult period.

Part of my service was building members area layouts, and populating some areas and the basic business model for 10 years was get them to pay, get them in the members area, where there's basically fuckin' nothing, and then try to upsell them again cause you know they are converting surfers.

"Oh hey, thanks for the $49, here's a bunch of other sites with next to nothing in them for another $45 you can sign up for, and hey, after you sign up for that we're gonna charge your card for $199 in hidden cross sales and all sorts of other crooked shit"

This biz has driven itself into the ground basically because 85% of porn webmasters are absolute retards with no business sense or ethics whatsoever, and most made some easy money back in the day... when in "real life" they'd not be suited to work at Mcdonalds. What you're going to see is all those retards back at Mcdonalds like they should be as the industry gets worse.

The porn sites that actually offered something in their members areas convert to this day I'm sure, even with a hit from the tubes.

Also, torrent porn aren't the damn problem, I mean really ? Download for 2 hours when you can hit a tube site and jerk off that minute (for hours)? come on.
