I happened to me with Friend Finder after I tried to get them linked to my new card. Because I got another card on the past with them, the "token" was used, so the system didnt gave me a new option to link it because it was linked to another account.
Maybe this is a problem with the token given! You must contact the support of the partner where you have this issue. Are you sure you dont have another card requested for this partner? Maybe you requested a card before, and your account is linked with it.
