I'm taking it you dont fly a lot? Ive flown this airline once and it was probably one of the worst flights. I'm sure things have changed since I have over 4 years ago, but they still don't have any first/business class do they? and their loyalty program is pretty shitty.

ive flown with them a few times earlier this year when US didn't want to renew my status because of an error with missing flights so United matched my status. However, their service compared to the ease of US was a lot more difficult. Delta is the worst to work with regarding upgrades.
with US almost every flight I'm on (with the exception of Monday because I bought the tix today) I fly first, plus getting 2 free envoy upgrades per year is a bit plus
