One thing I don't think you understand is that many affiliates promote 500+ sponsors. Imagine if each one of them changed link codes, wanted me to pull galleries, or otherwise radically changed their rules every other month in a way which required hours of my time with each occurrence. There would be no way that I'd ever have any time for promotion.
I'd be too busy catering to the whims of my 500+ sponsors. Please keep us in mind when you make policy changes. There's usually a way to make things less of a hassle while still getting things done... Good luck with your business.
