There's probably another risk as well which no one seems to ever consider. At least in the U.S. (which I don't believe applies to Alphasky) there might be a point where an Independent Contractor might possibly become an employee in the eyes of the IRS when enough micromanagement is occurring.

I doubt this would be enough but I think it's possible that it is starting to push things. Just something for US sponsors to consider.
