Really? Except for Michael they were often responding after 2-3 weeks when it was all normal and quiet. I'm surprised they are responding at all now.
Epass has always been retarded when it came to support, again, except for Michael. However as it pretty much ran on auto, I did not have much problems with it. Respect to the programmers who made it. But as far as I remember when I needed to increase my limits they have not responded at all. Not even after a month. Michael did everything in 1 day, when I found out how to contact him via ICQ. Regrettably he's not responding to ICQ at all now.
