I would first try to get any money you are somehow leaving on the table first. Getting your own domains is smart. You'll usually get better traffic from the search engines overall not to mention you reclaim some prime advertising space. Don't take down the existing blogs, just start your new ones on your own domains.
Prune your sponsors. Pull up the stats YTD and set expectations. Eliminate the worst performers and replace them with others as far as who gets your traffic going forward. Send as much quality traffic as you can to the ones who are performing. Learn all the tricks such as cookie issues, leaks, non-credited cascades and consider them when selecting new sponsors to try out. Such things can make a big difference although most affiliates don't even pay much attention to them.
Automate
as much as possible to gain time to work on new things.
