Got about 15 seconds in and turned it off.
Many years ago I had a friend who was a nurse in the ER ward at the London Hospital. She told me a story about a guy who turned up at ER with a nut and bolt through his penis. It had gone septic because he did it himself. The doctor on duty said it was not that unusual. Some guys have a hate for their penis linked to guilt.
