Everyone in the U.S. has health care and has had for my lifetime (I am in my fifties)...the poor as well as the rich. For the poor it is free...for the middle class...upper middle class...and the rich they purchase insurance if they choose to. Many that can afford to pay for insurance choose not to...and spend their money on other things.
In my case health care is free as I am a disabled Vet...but I also carry private insurance though it is restricted on what it will and will not pay for.
