Wake up to pee a lot?
For the last couple of years, I've been waking up at least once every night to take a piss. Anyway, I've been taking a ZMA stack before bed and it has virtually eliminated this annoyance.
This is my bedtime stack, in case anyone wants to try it:
30mg Zinc Picolinate
400mg Magnesium Glycinate
50mg P5P
The magnesium also gives you a nice little sedating 'buzz' before bed. The P5P (Vitamin B6) also help with dream recall / more vivid dreams.
Give it a shot. I noticed a difference after just a couple of days.
