You are probably correct...but it is apparent that Epass did something that the Visa issuing bank did not like so to protect itself from Visa pulling its ability to issue Visa accounts...it terminated Epass from its Visa account.
Unless someone within Epass explains why the bank terminated its Visa account or someone within the bank explains why it terminated the Epass Visa account we will probably never know the why of it all.
I suspect that not all that had funds in the VV account with Epass will get their money.
