yes its completely insane and it leaves them open to many problems-
1)an adult company could SUE to force paypal to let them process their adult site.
i'm no lawyer but there is an obvious basis for discrimination here.
2)whats more insane is that obscenity prosecutions have been largely made for physical DVD sales as opposed to internet websites. they get them for shipping across state lines etc. So what paypal accepts is more likely to be subject to obscenity charges than what they DONT accept
3)if they accept sales for dvds why dont they accept sales for VOD?? someone please explain the difference with that one? VOD would be actually LESS risky.
