you did a great job michael, no need to kiss chris's ass , he didn't do you any favours , nor did he do " everything in his power" to get this fixed. Infact he did very little if anything as far as we are aware , he left his customers in the dark about what was going on to benefit HIMSELF financially, not us. He still hasn't been honest to us, nor have you about the reasons this took place. Don't get me wrong , i realise you may have been bound by law not to disclose whats going on but he isn't.
