Moving your files, means moving your exploited and hacked files right along with them, and your DDOS will start right back up at your new IP address.
You need to find the actual source of your exploit, FIX IT, THEN clean up all your hacked files, THEN figure out WHY you are being DDoSed so that you actually have access to your sites.
