If no wires arrive this week - the probability of getting anything after that is close to 0. I'd say you have to start preparing now and start legal actions next Monday if nothing changes.
Also, it would be good if someone creates a good summary of the situation with Epass during September and all persons involved (Mallick, etc.) and send it to bloggers, newspapers, other media. And next week to FTC and FBI.
I can't do this - not good in English, but I'm ready to pay some $$ to whoever does this. Not with epass, lol. PayPal, wire or card.
