If he had been a man and addressed his customers directly on this board -- like he did when he wanted us to go see his movie -- and he was truthful, even if it was "I don't know, and this is why, or this is what could have gone wrong, then no.
If he had followed that up with honoring wire requests ...
If he hadn't been in Cabo when he said he was working on the issue ...
Then no.
It is the way he handles it that stinks. He has no character and now no creditability.
I'd bet that even many of his harshest critics (me included) would not have been as vocal had he handled the situation professionally.
